At Shopistic, we want you to shop with confidence. Therefore, we offer hassle-free returns with complimentary return shipping. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us at no additional cost.
Return Eligibility
For your return to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- Return is approved for only Defective or Mismatched Items
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
- The product should not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Returns must include all original accessories and documentation.
Return Process
Here’s how our return process works:
- Initiate a return by contacting us via email at shopistic.in@gmail.com within the 7 day return window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email. Also include the bank account details in case of refund in the mail itself.
- We accept returns for Defective or Mismatched Items.
- For the return process, we may require product opening video, without any cut or pause.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the bank account details that was shared in the mail at the time of placing return request.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to securely package the returned items to prevent damage during transit.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, kindly do so before the shipment of your order. To initiate the cancellation process, log into your account and select the “cancel order” option corresponding to the order number you wish to cancel.
